I went to this restaurant down the road that’s called Kcal. It’s a western styled and there are all sorts of food to eat ranging from Seafood to venicin to beef. I went to this restaurant down the road that’s called Kcal. It’s a western styled and there are all sorts of food to eat ranging from Seafood to venicin to beef. Its mid-high range and the dishes are cooked as soon as it’s ordered. The restaurants are at a pretty high quality and the dishes are just a slight unhealthy due to the ratio of the meat and vegetables are just a bit too little. There aren’t many other western styled restaurants in the area due to the area being quite famous for its Chinese styled roast goose. The place is very clean and very the waiters and waitress are very efficient and they speak Cantonese, Mandarin and English. There about 10 different rarer foods to choose everyday which can be lobster from Australia or Boston to Wagyu A4 beef. The size is pretty big with an extension in the back for extension if there are an astonishing number of customers during peak hours. The ambience is a bit loud from the chit chatter of the other people around and the music playing in the background. The service if extremely friendly and efficient
The food consisted of a salad, a daily soup, the main course, and the Desert
The salad came first and it was a salami salad. Overall, very-good but the sauce was just a little bit sour. The cream of mushroom soup was just right and it came with Freshly heated bread which was very nice because it came with Italian olive oil and vinegar. The Wagyu A4 steak was also very appetizing and almost perfect due to the fact that I actually got to try the steak! I also loved the Boston lobster due to its extremely juicy texture and the freshness of the meat. I ordered a Guava juice. That was a little disappointing because it wasn’t freshly made and there was a bit too much ice.
My overall opinion of this meal is very good because the food is excellent but it is a bit overpriced. We paid $863HKD fully inclusive of this meal and I would recommend this restaurant to people who want to go to this restaurant because the food is just over the top food.
