Rude staff in Soho brunch

Rude floor staff, very hard to get attended throughout the dinner. In the end, I tried hard to get noticed for the bill. Finally caught the eyes of the lady in black at the cashier, I waved and said "Hi! Excuse me......" I haven't finished my sentence. She gave me a stop-hand sign. Gosh......So rude. Then the guy who so-called himself the manager threw the bill over my head to the table and walked away not even bothering to say the bill is there.
