The decor of the restaurant is pretty simple with neutral-colored furniture, but I'm impressed by their mission statement which is painted on the wall.  Directly below it is the waste disposal area, and I'm glad to see that there's a separate receptacle for recyclable plastics!

The way the salad counter works is pretty self-explanatory, where the different colored tabs by each ingredient indicate the price of each item.

There are also a few cooked ingredients that you can choose from.

If you prefer to have your salad in a wrap, they have 4 different tortillas that you can choose from!  For those that feel the need for some warm options during a meal, SaladStop! also offers several soups!

After I got myself seated, I grabbed a cold pressed juice.  The name of this juice got my attention--Skin Angel (Pineapple, Asian Pear, Lime.)  The juice tasted pretty good as I like pineapple juice!

SaladStop! prepared a wide array of their salads and wraps for us to check out, so I decided to pick out a few that seemed different from your usual salads and tried the Caesar to review it against the standard parameter.  Needless to say, a salad joint must have fresh and crunchy greens, and SaladStop! definitely fulfilled this criterion!
Tuna San, Habibi

Tuna San and Habibi: Tuna San and Habibi were the Japanese and Arabic representatives in the United Nations of salads. Tuna San had some seared tuna pieces, little pops of edamame, and a refreshing wasabi dressing that didn't sting my nostrils!  Habibi came with chunky pieces of falafel along with some chickpeas; the dressing was seasoned with some strong spices, but the heat factor was not really there (no need to fear if they can't take hot foods!)

Jai Ho!: Next up is the Indian representative.  The Tandoori chicken pieces had some delicious spicy seasoning that wasn't hot! The Indian yogurt dressing was tangy and delicious!  Yum!

Hail Caesar: This is your standard Caesar in a wholewheat wrap.  The restaurant said that this is a best seller, and it's a no-brainer!  The salad had a good balance of the various ingredients, and the amount of dressing was just right!

Big Bird: The restaurant was very generous to us during the event and said if we'd like anything on the menu that has not been pre-made, they would make it for us!  I requested the Big Bird wrap as it's the American representative on the menu!  This wrap exceeded my expectations--the turkey was not dry, and the juicy pieces of grape and green apple went really well with the turkey!

Clam Chowder: Soups are a special addition to the Hong Kong branches of SaladStop! because a lot of Hong Kong people want something warm during their meals!  This clam chowder was quite filling for a soup, and I would probably consider ordering it during the colder months.  (Having spent many years in the US, I've gotten used to eating cold foods like salads and sandwiches year-round!)

What can be a healthy option for dessert at a salad joint?  Muesli in Greek yogurt!  The restaurant offers 3 flavor options: mango, strawberry and banana, and apple.  I sampled the apple flavor; something about the fall season makes me favor apple-flavored stuff!

Homemade Apple Muesli: The muesli wasn't soggy, and the apple pieces had a nice crunch and weren't sour!  The amount of chia seeds wasn't overwhelming, and the yogurt wasn't too sweet!  This was so yummy, it almost didn't feel healthy!

The Jai Ho! salad was so good that I decided to grab a wrap and bring it home to my mom who loves wraps! The server made the wrap meticulously and grilled it lightly on the panini grill! The wrap was warm when it landed in my hands!

SaladStop! offers fresh salads and wraps in generous portions that are reasonably-priced!  Thanks to godbro XO's invitation, I have been introduced to a new healthy option in Central!  Now I know where to go when I have a craving for salads and wraps!
