This is quite a good idea to open a healthy noodle shop, offering organic and simple food to the neighbour. We were recommended by one of our colleagues living nearby to try this shop, especially, their new product - Beer Soup noodle... Icy Japanese Organic Soba

... could be it is because we know that it is "MSG free"... and when we found that the chicken meat was a bit tough, we can also find a reason for it.. as it's healthily prepared, and so, not much chemical...

The other noodle that we ordered was this icy soba... which is quite a new experience,as most soba will come with a super cold sauce, but this one, the noodle itself was icy prepared... nice... we like the sponge meat balls too, but I guess they may not be original.. or homemade... but that's OK... the mix is good too...
