同女朋友餓餓地,去左屋企樓下諗住搵間餐廳填下餓見到有間叫歐陸1950既西式餐廳就入去試試,價錢又唔太貴 入去我地就一個德國鹹豬手(因為睇佢menu d圖好大件)個豬手黎個陣,見到個外表略為乾身,心諗會唔會中左伏 但係食落去又脆卜卜,肉質幼滑,而且又好香,我諗佢地係煮果陣造左d啤酒,所以先令表皮變得金黃焦脆,口感脆卜卜不過我相信依個就係個秘訣令到個肉汁咁豐盈同個皮咁脆(我估咖咋:yuk 但係唔知點解我女朋友就好似唔太鍾意食,唔知係唔係佢驚肥呢因為望落去都肥肥地,減緊肥既朋友就要諗下試唔試佢啦!ps你地得閒真係要試試佢!
