位於SOGO區比較靠近上環的餐廳,從門口望入去有別於西餐的高級菜,感覺比較輕鬆自在,店內裝修係一啲紋身圖紙,聽店員講話老闆係紋身師傅,難怪店入面都係好有特色既擺設同裝飾,無論牆身、枱櫈同環境同幾岩打咭,除左食物,呢度仲有酒飲,我去既時候比較早本來冇乜人,後尾慢慢愈黎愈多外國人黎飲野, 成個氣氛又另一番風味!Cauliflower $88 睇餐牌表示係由檸檬乳酪、孜然同石榴組成,上枱初時仲諗住孜然溝石榴有啲怪,點知入口就發現自己錯了,以開胃前菜黎計呢個係出色以上,平時既孜然粉實係加落炸野辣野到,呢次撈落石榴同梛菜花到成件事好特別好開胃,黎到必食飲品- 檸檬汁及Honeysuckle Natural Fruit Seltzers由於我唔好酒精,就叫左個檸檬汁,入口清爽,酸度適中,唔錯;而女友既少量酒精飲品佢都覺得易入口,當小品而嚐幾好Beef Taco$98Taco係墨西哥既食品,呢個一口牛肉Taco Feel到佢用心還原風味既精粹,肉汁鮮甜配上洋葱同上網查過叫阿根廷青草醬既汁,主菜之前又係一道推介菜Pan Fried Salmon$188簡單一舊三文魚配合西蘭花以及獨特既醬汁,熱辣辣咁入

簡單一舊三文魚配合西蘭花以及獨特既醬汁,熱辣辣咁入口已經吸引,咬落去三文魚煎得外面脆脆,冇破壞到入面既厚實,成份三文魚慢慢食明明唔大份但都開始飽飽地

蟹餅本身唔係話非常特別,原來係要配合他他醬同梨醬,兩個一齊入口既時候先係完美既組合,食得出廚師有慢慢落足心機烹調,每一啖蟹餅都要撈埋個醬一齊食先會將開心昇華

法蘭西多士茶餐廳就食得多,呢間舖頭將一件西多玩味到變左包底之餘,再夾左橙肉粒粒係入面,配合花生醬汁上枱,嘩!!好好味呀!!!!
