喺香港要食傳統嘅葡國菜唔簡單,今次👧🏻就揀咗朋友推介嘅最近搬往中環SOHO區嘅Adega Do Antonio The King of Piri Piri!餐廳嘅裝橫充滿格調,擺滿唔同葡萄牙名人嘅相。食物質素高就不在話下,超級值得一讚喺呢度嘅服務十分體貼,好關顧客人嘅用餐感受同願意同客人交流!而家星期五、六仲要有live Music🎼🎤,當日全晚聽住歌手表演,Chill住飲下酒,絕對係享受😎,強烈推薦大家過嚟同朋友享受下!🌟Bolhao Pato Mussels前菜就叫咗青口,由於藍青口夠曬新鮮,簡簡單單用咗白酒、蒜蓉、辣椒等材料作調味就已經好足夠。活藍青口份量頗多細細隻但係肉質更鮮嫩同甜美,佢嘅鮮味同海水味🌊 十分濃郁。用埋餐廳自制嘅酸種麵包🥖點個醬汁盡吸精華簡直一流!(題外話:平時食海鮮配白酒都冇咩感覺,但由於呢度嘅青口真係非常鮮甜,飲一啖白酒再食青口,絕對能夠再提先海鮮鮮甜味😍)🌟Half Piri Piri 由於人數唔多就只有叫咗半份烤雞,餐廳舖頭名都有Piri Piri Chicken呢個名,冇理由唔試!雞肉🍗尚算烤得嫩滑(雞胸位可以再滑多少少),一切開雞肉時有肉汁流出。再沾

🌟Bolhao Pato Mussels
前菜就叫咗青口,由於藍青口夠曬新鮮,簡簡單單用咗白酒、蒜蓉、辣椒等材料作調味就已經好足夠。活藍青口份量頗多細細隻但係肉質更鮮嫩同甜美,佢嘅鮮味同海水味🌊 十分濃郁。用埋餐廳自制嘅酸種麵包🥖點個醬汁盡吸精華簡直一流!
(題外話:平時食海鮮配白酒都冇咩感覺,但由於呢度嘅青口真係非常鮮甜,飲一啖白酒再食青口,絕對能夠再提先海鮮鮮甜味😍)

🌟Half Piri Piri
由於人數唔多就只有叫咗半份烤雞,餐廳舖頭名都有Piri Piri Chicken呢個名,冇理由唔試!雞肉🍗尚算烤得嫩滑(雞胸位可以再滑多少少),一切開雞肉時有肉汁流出。再沾上頗辣既Piri Piri醬就令味道更豐富!Side Dish就有用咗蒜頭同橄欖油調味嘅飯同薯條,係超級邪惡好好味😈(平日晚上好少食澱粉質嘅👧🏻都忍唔住食咗唔少飯!)。

🌟Espetada a Madeirense
見到隔籬枱都有叫烤牛肉,仲要係用燒烤叉吊住串起嚟,呢個present方法都幾特別🤣。牛肉可以揀三件或六件,由於人數唔多就只叫咗三件都好夠食!可以輕易識到燒烤香味,唔係用咗好多調味料🧂,牛肉先用錘仔揼鬆牛扒,好似平時醃豬扒一樣,又唔使添加鬆肉粉。牛扒嘅肉味超級濃郁,質感幾有咬口,仲有少量筋位添!Side Dish同烤雞一樣。

🌟Premium Pastel de Nata & Port Wine Baked
喺食甜品前,店員先同大家飲過一杯Lemoncello🍋🥃,先再開始甜品嘅部份。

平時香港食開嘅葡撻都係比較重奶香味,非常嫩滑。但原來正宗嘅葡撻應該用吉士醬做餡,仲要唔係用吉士粉,所以個蛋漿食落去就比較杰身,顏色亦比較暗啞。酥皮夠鬆脆,額外添加嘅肉桂粉添加咗不少風味。食過一啖葡撻,再飲一啖缽酒,會更加提升肉桂嘅香料味同甜味!推介大家一試!

晚餐過後,繼續同餐廳幾位同事吹水,仲比咗一隻叫Vinho Verde嘅葡萄酒🍷比👧🏻同朋友試。Vinho Verde直譯就係綠色的酒,其實係指用 “年輕嘅酒”,用咗未成熟嘅BB葡萄🍇嚟釀,味道清淡偏酸,酒精🍸濃度亦相對低,倒入酒杯時仲會有少量汽泡!Overall嚟講呢間餐廳係絕對會Encore!
