I had been meaning to visit Chomega for a while and the opportunity presented itself, so I visited for dinner.I went in and was immediately seated on a table with another patron. The menu has many variations of a basic theme of mixed brown rice and pork chop. After some deliberation, I chose the creamy pumpkin sauce and pork chop on rice. Within 10 minutes, I had my dish in front of me steaming away. It was very decent and I found no fault with it. The rice was good and nutty. Well cooked,

Within 10 minutes, I had my dish in front of me steaming away. It was very decent and I found no fault with it. The rice was good and nutty. Well cooked, but retaining a pop. The pork chop was tender, so much so, that you could cut it with a spoon (fortunate, as there are no knives). It had a garlic taste and was really good. The pumpkin sauce complemented both the meat and rice and was rich and smooth. I could have eaten a bowl of the sauce as a thick soup. There were also steamed vegetables, making it a balanced and delicious meal.
For a grand total of $45, you really can't ask for more. Healthy, home-style food at a reasonable price - what's not to like?
