在香港開放餐廳晚市之前去試了SOMMearlydinner這個bargain 是 $538/3course + alcohol,非常優惠。前菜的Foie Gras 非常香滑,配上如牛角包的面包很香口,又很邪惡。Beef tartare with black truffle 有即磨黑松露,黑松露很香濃,牛肉也很新鮮。主菜是Japanese pork belly 。以低溫煮熟再煎過的鹿児島豬肉肉質幼嫩。我在鹿兒島吃過的豬肉都是燒肉跟shabu shabu ,個人覺得配bbq sauce ,sauce有點蓋過了肉味,雖然味道都很好。甜品的Amao Strawberry Sudachi 是甜甜的糖塊包著裏面有士多啤梨。Chocolate soufflé with cacao sorbet Chocolate soufflé 裏面有微溶的朱古力,非常香濃。這裏環境跟服務都是五星級酒店的水準。
