回想最後一次食吉列牛,應該已經是兩三年前在日本的時候👀今次同男朋友去Steak Bar,讓人十分期待😚終於可以食久違的石燒吉列牛!「Steak Bar」主打各類石燒牛肉,🍖除了最受歡迎的吉列和牛(每日限量供應),亦有薄切牛肉、澳洲安格斯西冷等等。如果喜歡較瘦的牛肉,則可選擇頂級板腱牛扒,不過肉質亦相對厚身☺️🌟吉列炸牛扒零售價$188 🌟吉列和牛扒零售價:$288兩款外層都炸得黃金香脆,而且酥香鬆化不油膩,餐廳員工建議每邊燒30秒,七分熟會較為juicy。不過個人認為反而燒40-50秒反而會最好食😆兩款對比下,和牛明顯油香較多,傳上了一股甜香的牛油味,牛肉味亦相對濃厚。不過份量而言,就普通炸牛扒塊數比較多🥰味道:8/10環境:7/10性價比:7.5/10回頭度:7/10
