My 2nd visit to the Porters and I never hesitated to visit this place if you were looking for a fancy, moody and not crowded steak place in Hong Kong. Day's occasion was for a wedding anniversary with 2 friends and my-self with my wife - so total of 4.
1) 🎟️Reservation Method:
Hong Kong is slowly developing methods and standardizing ways to facilitate Online-Bookings; So Porter-House also supports this (Just Google it and you will find multiple ways to book)
2) 💱Discounts / Promotions:
They are providing "limited-time offer: enjoy 15% Off a la carte food consumption when you make an advance reservation with a paid deposit of HK$200 per guest for dinner" - So make sure you double check with them whether this is valid and you can enjoy the discount.
Note* - Their website has some issues - so you can't make the up-front payment $200 to secure the discount, so make sure you call this out and you get confirmed of the 15% discount
3) 🧑🏼🤝🧑🏼People:
Total of 4, 2 teams of couple
4) 🍛Selected Menu of the Day
Free starter breads (Provided with Olive Oil & Balsamic Vinegar); You can ask for more; just don't be ignorant to order more n more..

- Prawn Caesar Salad [$188] x 1
(Other Than Beef) - $586
- Linguine Vongole [$318] x1
- Seared Scallops [$268] x1

5) 📋Short overall review and recommendations
- ✅Their customer service was great, professional, for me as an Expat they spoke good English so no hiccups pre and dine-in experience
- ✅Overall decor and mood is quite, luxurious, not packed, sufficient space and table to cater many dishes
- ✅Dish changing and the pace was nice, I've enjoyed it (but of course you should expect this in any luxury steak-houses)
- 🟨Prawn Caesar Salad [$188] x 1 : I mean what highly would you expect for a "Caesar Salad", I enjoyed it but I'm not a big fan of starter salads, so rather spending money on this - you can also enjoy another option of ordering another sub-main dish.
- ✅ Linguine Vongole [$318] x1 : Overall quantity and quality nice to share for 4 people, good white wine mix with bonito flakes.
- 🟥 Seared Scallops [$268] x1 : I may be too harsh, I liked the quality (very fancy) of the Scallops but I feel its just overrated, you will have 4 small-medium sized scallops in the dish - Will just order better variety of side-dishes next-time.
- ✅✅ Tenderloin M7 Wagyu, Westhome, Australia [$658 285g+ Add $428 Extra 170g ] x1: I'm not Gordon-Ramsey, overall I loved it, everyone loved it, my-wife loved it. It comes out more rarish than you expected.
- ✅✅ Rib Eye Full-Blood Wagyu, Carrara, New Zealand [$378 200g + Add $188 Extra 100g] x1 : (Same as above)
