Yellowhead Catfish Pot
A fish pot that consisted of 4 whole pieces of catfish and deep-fried eggs. Rich and intense fish soup full of collagen with fragrant shiso and chopped chili. Slightly spicy. Savory and satisfying.
Sticky Rice Dumpling in Rice Wine
Mini dumplings mixed with sweet fermented rice and beaten eggs. Slightly sweet. Warm and comforting dessert.
Overall food quality was superb. Highly recommending this restaurant if you're looking for some authentic Hunan cuisine.
