I went a few weeks ago for lunch on a weekday with a reservation at 1pm but we still had to wait 30 mins to be seated. Anyways I really wanted to try their truffle pasta but it wasn’t on the lunch menu when I went 🥲We started off with some amazing starters 🤩𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗼 𝗱𝗶 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘇𝗼 𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗳𝗼 (+$𝟯𝟬) 𝗹 𝗜𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗿𝗮𝘄 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗳 𝘀𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀The portion was pretty generous tho we did add $30 for this dish 🙈 it was very tasty especially with the black truffle on top! We started off with some amazing starters 🤩
𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗼 𝗱𝗶 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘇𝗼 𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗳𝗼 (+$𝟯𝟬) 𝗹 𝗜𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗿𝗮𝘄 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗳 𝘀𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀
The portion was pretty generous tho we did add $30 for this dish 🙈 it was very tasty especially with the black truffle on top! However I think it got pretty salty after a few slices!

This was definitely the most worth it starter that you would find (especially don’t need to add extra $$) I usually don’t eat chicken liver pâté but this was rich in flavor yet not too overpowering which I liked 🤤

I was all excited after the starters, the mains def caught me off guarded 🤡 the first problem was they served our dish to the wrong table! Not only did they not realize until that table of customers told them they served the wrong dish but the waitress directly moved the two dishes from that table to ours ‼️ Lol not to be picky but especially during covid times I hate it when restaurant do this 🤮

𝗙𝗲𝘁𝘁𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗮𝗴𝘂 𝗱’𝗮𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗮 (+$𝟮𝟬) 𝗹 𝗗𝘂𝗰𝗸 𝗿𝗮𝗴𝘂 𝗲𝗴𝗴 𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘁𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗲
My friend and I sum this up as LEMON pasta 🤡 the lemon zest or lemon juice they put within this pasta definitely overpowered all the other flavors 🥲 cannot taste anything besides lemon

𝗣𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗶 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗵𝗶 𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗶 𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮 (+$𝟭𝟬)
This was better than the fettuccine but salty. The texture of the pappardelle wasn’t al dente at all (overcooked perhaps?)

Overall, I started off with some decent starters but ended was disappointment haha 🙃 if you want some decent pasta lunch at central I think 121BC would definitely be a better option tho the starters at PAZTA was better 🙆🏻‍♀️
