Fettucine served over with Duck ragu. Authentic, savoury, and makes the whole dish.
Unlike other strong taste fish like tuna, black cod is mellow and rich. It is not an easy ingredient but is well-cooked here. Slice the golden crispy skin over, you will find the pearly pure white flesh.
The signature Italian dessert, served with Coffee ice. Liqueur with almond taste is used to make the bottom layer. One bite with the tiramisu followed by a spoon of coffee ice is recommended.
