I choose Yunnan sour and spicy soup base, which was sour and slightly spicy in taste. Noodle was very soft and smooth. Fish paste was freshly made, and was chewy and soft. Prawn wanton and meat dumpling were handmade, able to taste the freshness. It was juicy and chewy. Sliced beef was tender and chewy and minced meat sauce was flavourful and chewy, going well with the noodle.
