To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Tasty coffee

I visited 18 Grams for a coffee and had a delicious little latte that satisfied on all levels.The late here is small and at 36 dollars, is not cheap for volume of liquid.  Having said that, it is a damn good coffee.  It has a unique and rich set of flavour notes and it really sets itself apart from much of its competition here in Hong Kong.  The creamy texture of the coffee imbued it with great mouth feel and the pour work gave it an artistic flourish.  Mine had a laurel wreath 'drawn' on top.

Taste, texture and visuals at a high standard, what's not to like.  I would recommend coming here if you value quality over quantity.  It is not the cheapest, but it is not the most expensive either.  The area is a bit of a cafe wasteland - not many other places to go, but luckily 18 Grams saves the day.
