To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺第一城行到肚餓，見元氣有Tea set，就入去試吓。呢到係掃手機QR Code落單的，好方便。食物會喺「快車」送嚟，有種新奇嘅感覺。一個人食一個Tea Set好夠飽：叫咗個$52的Set，有一個蒸蛋（好好食！好滑同埋好香！）、一客小食（我揀咁蟹柳）、同埋幾件壽司（三文魚、八爪魚、赤貝、辣味三文魚軍艦、蒜香灸燒三文魚）。另外我再加咗一個軟殼蟹牛油果手卷($19)，不過手卷就有D失望，D飯有D散，同埋有D乾身。埋單就$7X連加一。以一個Tea Set嚟講係偏貴，不過鐘意食壽司的話，都算OK的。
