Our friend booked through the website and got their email confirmation for 4 ppl at 7:45pm. We arrived at 7:30 and hoping to get a little drink before settling in for a nice dinner. Now we are at this door and locked out. We called the restaurant and this Italian chef said he manually cancelled our booking last week. We were like 🙄 what? We didn’t get a call or a simple email for the cancellation. He further blamed the paid third party that handle his call, not once did he apologise for this ord

Now we are at this door and locked out. We called the restaurant and this Italian chef said he manually cancelled our booking last week. We were like 🙄 what? We didn’t get a call or a simple email for the cancellation. He further blamed the paid third party that handle his call, not once did he apologise for this ordeal, nor did he try to reschedule for us. His Attitude was terrible he hung up on us (our lady friend), I seriously think he should be working in the back of a restaurant and not somewhere he deals with customers and be in business. Funny thing was he claimed his restaurant is very famous and needs to reserve weeks ahead of time during this whole ordeal. And he tried to explain to us what “advance” means. Wow. Needless to say we were pretty upset after he said those things.
