The Japanese iconic Blue Bottle has landed in HK.It’s a nice interior with a very sleek design. Like all Japanese styled coffee shops it is very meticulous in their process of brewing coffee. However from a taste perspective they are very subtle and rather light in their brew. I’ve been a few times an notice their ice cubes are amazingly clear and well cut. However I have a few gripes about this place:
Refused to allow me to use my own recycle cup, not too sure if it’s a COVID thing.
Using cold water to make ice long black - I’m not too sure if it’s because they want your ice cubes to be in a “completely new” condition but I felt like this also then weakened the brew even more.
