I rarely go to Yau Tong and even so, I didn’t expect I would find Mon Kee here! To me, Mon Kee is known for its creamy scrambled egg rice with BBQ Pork so I ordered one and give it a try. For $56 with a cup of hot lemon water and for this portion, definitely worth it.

The omelette was so soft and creamy and the BBQ pork was not too fat. Their homemade sweet soy sauce was a fit to the dish. Hope there could be more spring onion on top to balance out though.
It’s good but I still prefer my omelette to be less creamy. Maybe it proves that I’m not a big fan of scrambled egg?
