They don’t have a menu but everyone goes for the standard “boat noodle”. For me, I topped up with roasted duck leg, served with “hor fun” (flat noodles), fish balls and charsiu.The soup base was a simple fish broth with white pepper. Yes, simple but quite plentiful in terms of ingredients for this price! Given that it’s a boat, its “opening time” and location vary, so luck matters that you are able to see it operating or not. Do give “Lau Suk” a call to avoid disappointment.
