came across the causeway bay outlet by accident and got attracted to the queue, went in after my meal (need to dine else where due with a muslim friend) i only manage to place order on a white chocolate mocha for takeaway to have my coffee fixed! kuddos on the ambience, packaging, menu, the variety of the menu selections even to the bill order but think the service needs to be improved. Close to 20mins wait for a small cup of white chocolate mocha by the time it reaches me ..its cold.😥
