My friend wanted some tortoise jelly so took her here.It is a small joint.Anyway, discovered they had two types of tortoise jelly but my friend wanted the vacuum sealed tubs because it was more hygienic.I tried some and it tastes slightly different to the ones in the ceramic pots because it is not as bitter and there is a strange taste to it.It is slightly sweet so I don't think syrup is needed.
