This was the most disappointing mother’s day brunch buffet I have ever had! It costs $858/ head. But the variety / quality of food … was not worth $858 at all. It has things we usually see at a buffet but as a 5 star hotel charging $858 for lunch buffet, one would expect more than just mediocre. For the appetizers, there were lobsters, prawns, crabs, mussels, with four different cold cuts, sushi bar with tuna, salmon, scallops, and clams. The only special is the caviar served on a 50 cents size

For the appetizers, there were lobsters, prawns, crabs, mussels, with four different cold cuts, sushi bar with tuna, salmon, scallops, and clams. The only special is the caviar served on a 50 cents size coin!

Main dish has Cha Sui, tasteless Hainanese chicken rice, deep fried pigeon, overcooked baked salmon, 2 kinds of dim sum, baked lobster with cheese, baked oyster with cheese (very tiny), roasted beef, roasted lamb rack, foie gras, chinese soup noodles.

When the starters and main dish did not satisfied, one might hope the desserts would do better, yet i am sad to say one can get better scone at Starbucks than the Lounge. They even use cheap branded milk (Meadow)for the ice- cream so….

My conclusion is Marriott is not trying hard enough this time! It was very good when i went 10 years ago, but this time it was super disappointing!
Dont go there it is not worth the money!!!
