The steamed rice with chicken feet and pork ribs (鳳爪排骨)was traditionally prepared in that it was made with pig 🐷 oil. It added an extra layer of flavour to the rice. The soya sauce was very rich and concentrated. The pork ribs were very tender. On the other hand, the pork feet with ginger (古法豬腳薑)was a bit of a disappointment in that the 2 eggs in it were so well cooked that it would most likely have been steamed for a very long period of time.
