To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

唔知跟你大家有冇發現喺旺角嘅染布房街，即係旺角東火車站，附近嘅呢條街開咗唔少好chill嘅酒吧或者係食晚飯嘅地方。大部份都係西式同埋一定係有手工啤酒飲。今日我就試咗呢一間喺行人路旁邊有兩張高枱而入面有吧枱嘅呢間西餐廳，一行四人我哋叫咗一個炸芝士條、一個Baby ribs, chicken and vegetable pasta, buffalo chicken wings, Caesar salad,唔少得嘅當然試咗佢啲啤酒啦。呢度happy hour 去到九點，有唔少cider 既選擇大約都係$40幾到＄60一支。朋友們就試咗其他嘅手工啤酒，都唔錯㗎! 有一種係比較甜嘅蜂蜜味係侍應介紹，佢哋都好好人。最後埋單之後佢哋仲送咗6 shots Toquilla!!! Cheers!
