To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這晚在尖咀食左個幾昂貴但又豐富嘅晚餐(米芝連),我們order左個二人套餐,再加一位,係照除二人餐嘅一半,在這多謝OPENRICE嘅八折優惠券!頭盤:有六款:淮安脆黃鱔(比較甜、唔係好覺有鱔魚味)、丹山海蜇頭(味道不錯、海蜇頭爽)、龍井煙燻蛋(無茶味,不過隻蛋係糖心我又幾喜愛)、南京鹽水鴨(無驚喜)、杭州蜜南瓜(甜甜地幾得意),揚州燙乾絲(將D豆腐乾切到條子幼麵,幾得意,不過D汁料太咸)。「金奬名菜」鶴湖蟹影:好靚!中間有隻鶴係湖水湖上,湖上還有三隻蟹隻(薑味可樂啫喱)、三個用米餅盛著用蟹肉、龍蝦肉、咸蛋黃撈起的堆堆(好好味喎)。我們揀左【花彫芙蓉蒸蟹拑】:蟹拑就無乜特別,花彫芙蓉是用花彫、蛋白蒸的,清清地!香糟煎泥鯭扒:我都有兩塊細手掌少少的泥鯭肉,無驚喜!肉下面係細完隻青辣椒,我只喜愛吃辣椒!黑醋牛尾鹿筋配荷葉餅:這個我喜愛,可能係骨膠原嘅關係,味道適中,不會太酸,好味!荷葉餅軟軟的,用蒸籠上菜個樣幾得意!東來順炒飯:飯夠乾身,有牛肉、羊肉同蝦一齊炒,都好好味!最後係京城三式小甜點:煎堆(奶黃)【好香的】、啫喱、黑芝麻蓉糯米糍【美味的】,我只喜歡食頭同尾兩款!
