今次嚟到荃灣食個dinner,朋友有好介紹話有間專食牛扒🥩,咁啱又牛癮起,所以就決定去食啦😆地點就喺荃灣大會堂後面,望落去人流唔係好多,但間鋪頭都幾乎滿座,我地二人就坐咗bar枱,都算唔錯😉多過二人就最好book定枱!呢度係首先將牛扒煎封咗,再之後就放喺高溫岩石上,再由客人個人喜好嚟燒,我覺得都幾有趣同幾鐘意呢個做法,可以試吓唔同生熟程度嘅味道同口感😚😚一開始就係用紙蓋著上,費事啲油係咁彈,戴好圍裙之後,就可以拎開張紙就自己調節生熟了😀我地叫咗牛橫隔膜腹肉同牛側腹扒,各200g,再+$30仲可以要五選三套餐,相信都夠哂飽😋橫隔膜腹肉就好少食得到,因為一隻牛先可以切到一塊出嚟🤩佢肉質柔嫩,而且牛味重,加少許岩鹽就已經好足夠了😘呢個比牛橫隔膜腹肉就完全唔同,肉質有咬感,油香經過高溫石板下完全散發哂出嚟,加啲飯一齊食,就最好不過了🤤🤤呢個 煙燻西冷係每日限定嘅,我哋叫咗佢最後一份!佢用櫻花木嚟做燻制,一切啲煙燻味已經喺入面揮發出嚟,再加上西冷既濃郁肉味同香醇油份,口感非常豐富,值得一食🤩👍🏻套餐入面既薯條非常推薦大家嗌,粗切再加上新鮮炸起,非常脆口,係我食過既薯條當中係屬於tier 1😚😚
