With a sudden craving for Korean food, I went to KimChee Korean  Restaurant with 2 of my colleagues and we chose 3 dishes on their set lunch menu, including Spicy Tofu Soup with Beef, Grilled Chicken (Sweet Flavour) and a Beef soup (also non-spicy). We've also topped up with two portion of Korean Style Steamed Dumplings

The dining experience was an average one with a few points to highlight:

(1) Kimchi appetizers tasted fine, but two of the three sets were already placed on the table before we even sat down.
(2) Spicy Tofu Soup with Beef also tasted sweet, which is very different to what we expected. We almost got confused that this is a Japanese restaurant instead.
(3) Two out of the three bowls given to us for sharing purpose have stained on it still, didn't leave a very hygienic impression with us.

Overall the food was very average even when we excluded the sweetened Spicy Tofu Soup dish.  I am personally disappointed because I used to work in the area a few years back and I remembered the restaurant being one of the exciting choices for lunch.
