They had the worst service I ever had experienced before. The PR with last name "WONG" had such a bad attitude. On that day, it was April 26, my family went there to have dinner. The manager had promoted us to order a 海班which was on special for $68 per each fish, so we ordered one. When the fish came, we didn't notice the "type" of the fish, and we just started to eat. Suddenly, I was looking at the printed bill and it was written that we had ordered a 東星班and charged us for $188. We starte
On that day, it was April 26, my family went there to have dinner. The manager had promoted us to order a 海班which was on special for $68 per each fish, so we ordered one. When the fish came, we didn't notice the "type" of the fish, and we just started to eat. Suddenly, I was looking at the printed bill and it was written that we had ordered a 東星班and charged us for $188. We started to realize the skin of the fish was in grey-color. No matter what, we ordered a 海班, it should bring us the right fish and charge us the correct price! Anyway, we talked to a PR with last name "WONG" and she was giving us "faces" all the time, made us feel like we didn't want to pay! She went to the cashier and returned with putting the bill hard on our table, without saying anything and walked away! Turned out that the cashier had typed the wrong type of fish. Because she couldn't change the bill and she could only bring us back the $120 cash! We still lose $12 for them because of the service charge! We were not that "cheap" to deal with this small matter anymore and left!
Next time, I will look at the bill carefully and probably will not go to that restaurant againm unless the PRs got "trained" with more professional way and become more polite!!!
Moreover, the shrimps were not cleaned too...the internals were still there...
