My friend and I had Flint’s HK Restaurant Week Set Dinner.   For the starter, we ordered the Salt Baked Beetroot, and Dill-cued Akaroa King Salmon.   The Baked Beetroot had preserved its natural flavours and was a very pleasing appetizer.  The Dill-cue Akaroa King Salmon may be a bit salty for me. For the main dishes, we ordered the Glacier 51 toothfish and Iberico Pork Chop.  The pork chop was tender and juicy. The roasted pumpkin sauce enhanced the meat flavour by adding sweetness to it.
