To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 岩岩過去既long weekend，難得放假就想放慢腳步，揀左去淺水灣，距離市區唔算遠，但係已經好似去左外國咁，成個人可以放鬆一下。先係The Pulse 行左一輪，再去搵野食。商場內外都有好多不同種類的餐廳選擇，既然黎到淺水灣，當然揀一間可以open d既餐廳啦。Classified的門通通都打開，採光非常好，門口仲有2張韆鞦，望到都覺得好寫意。我地叫左一杯juice同beef burger，草飼牛扒果然食落好juicy，牛味好重，鍾意食牛的朋友應該會好鍾意。
