又到星期六自由不顧健康cheat meal day,太太知道我鍾意食豬,今次就特意選了這家傳聞焗豬扒飯全港排名第一嘅聯華。一坐底就即刻叫個聞名已久嘅焗豬扒飯,再加個豆腐班腩煲做個back up。 點知最後好彩叫咗個back up 豆腐班腩煲,因爲個焗豬啲豬肉係用咗千年雪藏肉,豬扒啲肉有一半係黑色,味道難聞,就算嗰炒飯底點咁好都好,都難以彌補千年雪藏豬啲怪味。反而豆腐班腩啲魚竟然唔錯,專程去食豆腐班腩反而可以,專程去食焗豬就可免則免。
