呢排公司轉咗A/B team, 多咗時間喺大埔. 記得前排喺大埔group 有人講過Dionysus, 所以就去試吓.一入到去, 見到入面裝修唔錯, 水泥嘅牆身有一種loft嘅感覺同埋燈光唔會好光猛, 感覺幾舒服. 餐枱用咗深啡色有深木紋嘅木同埋櫈面用咗墨綠色嘅皮包裹住, 成個環境raw得嚟帶少少classic 嘅感覺. 成間餐廳嘅裝修, 除咗一上二樓嗰個巴洛克風嘅corner同牆身嘅畫之外, 其他都唔錯.咁我就揀咗set lunch 嘅豬仔脾.最先上嘅係雜菜湯, 味道清得嚟帶少少菜嘅甜味同蕃茄微微嘅酸, 暖暖哋好開胃, 唔錯跟住main course 上嚟啦, 豬仔脾整得淋身同離骨, 一切就切得開同埋唔駛揸喺手都食得晒全部嘅肉, 醬汁有味得嚟唔會好濃, 好好咁襯托到個豬仔脾. 唯一有啲失望嘅係個薯蓉, 有啲似kfc薯蓉. 但整體係質素唔錯嘅.跟餐仲有個朱古力mousse 嘅蛋糕仔, 雖然份量唔多, 但咬落去實淨同唔會一味得朱古力嘅甜, 滿意.另外想講嘅係餐廳用嘅餐具全部都幾有質素, 顏色同用料都有份量, 令到成餐飯嘅體驗再有所提升.作為午餐, 呢個質素連加一都係一百蚊多啲, 實在係物
