Have Heard Mixed Reviews regarding this place so was scrutinizing everything upon entry!Was Greeted by Very nice interior design – Spacious Interior with Sensual Calm and Relaxing music playing in the background at just the right volume that eases into the conversation alongside perfect dim lighting making the occasion feel very romantic for me & my loved one. Not to mention, a Great Open and Direct Full Sea View of Kowloon and ICC.Service from the get go was very impressive. Smiling throughout.

Received a Bread Basket Accompanied on the side by a delightful Sun-Dried Bruschetta Topping. Nice Bread but was cold, so decided to send it back to Warm.
Management favorably agreed with a smile. Was then presented with the Menu and subsequently ordered:
Appetizer - Beef Carpaccio with Shaved Goose Liver Terrine, Black Truffle, Parmesan, Argula & Truffle Vinegraitte:
Very Well Done. Highlight Dish of the Night. Good Texture to the Meat. Perfectly Sliced Premium Meat. Presented Very Well. The Rocket Leaves in particular were Very Fresh & not Soggy at all (other places very possible for this to occur). Definitely felt & tasted like a very premium dish in which a lot of great care was taken to make. Mains – Paccheri Pasta with Lobster Meat, Fresh tomato & Basil:

Wonderful Blend of Tomato & Basil to bring the most out of the Lobster, which by the way, was a Great Big Half Lobster! A Pleasant Surprise to see a Half Lobster on the Pasta. Definitely assists the sensual feeling of having Lobster. Not a struggle to get the meat out of the Shell. For The Pasta in itself, although it was slightly undercooked, was not drenching in sauce, just the right amount to enjoy the Lobster & feel all the flavors. Very Scrumptious – made me almost forget that I was in a Fine Dining Restaurant and wanted to Pick up the Lobster and use my hands to dig into each morsel of meat!
A Thoroughly Enjoyed Dish. Dessert – Apple Tart with Mascarpone And Amaretto Biscuits:
Could smell the aroma even before the dish even arrived at the table!
Well Formed Crispy Biscuit, Quality Mascarpone - Creamy and indulging.
Definitely handled with care. HOWEVER, unevenly distributed filling of the apple + not enough filling for my liking, nevertheless, A Delectable Dessert. In addition, to accompany us throughout Dinner we ordered a Bottle of Veuve Clicquot Brut Yellow Label. Surprisingly Well Kept. Fantastic Bottle. Dead-on Correct Temperature. Rarely Experience such care of stocking Champagne. A Bottle is ever only as good as how it is kept in storage. Wonderfully brought out the Zesty and Vibrant Structures of the Champagne itself & also proved to be a Fantastic Pairing bringing out the real flavors of each dish! Cannot Stress enough how pleasing this bottle turned out.
To top it off, when we were about to leave we were presented with a Very Very Delicious White Chocolate & Milk Chocolate Truffle imported from Italy. I do not believe I have seen these available at any stores here in Hong Kong. Conclusion:
A Real Sense of Occasion going to this place accompanied by some Fantastic tasting and textured food, topped off with Smiling Service. All Round Winner.
