Had the following:

1) Famous Prawns 鍋貼大明蝦. Its a very special dish in a way but way too oily, also little fresh prawn taste. I guess this suits tourists really well though.

2) Braised Abalone. Obviously the wrong place to order it, stupid me. Stock did not penetrate into the abalone, the texture was so tough.

3) Stir Fried and Deep Fried Garoupa (fried bones) - Fish fillets too starchy, little fish taste but mainly ginger and pepery taste. Bones had no meat attached, unlike other shops, therefore it was not fried to crispy enough to enjoy.

4) Crab meat with Gai Choi (Chinese Mustard Green) - Super gooey, no crab meat taste as its covered with the corn-starch sauce, Gai Choi had absolutely no Gai Choi distinct taste as they're were over boiled. This vegie is usually nice and available year round although best around October and April usually, when we had it it had little taste. Not acceptable.
