Went to this place for the first time with a party of 10. Terrible service and horrible environment. We were seated right at 7pm and the nightmare began. The line to get food started to get really long by 7:15pm, at one point (about 7:30-8) the line was out the door. People were barbaric, no one lined up properly. One person was in line and all of a sudden all his/her friends (3-4 more people) cut right in front of you because they all "know" each other. Average time to get to the food was about

Went to this place for the first time with a party of 10. Terrible service and horrible environment. We were seated right at 7pm and the nightmare began. The line to get food started to get really long by 7:15pm, at one point (about 7:30-8) the line was out the door. People were barbaric, no one lined up properly. One person was in line and all of a sudden all his/her friends (3-4 more people) cut right in front of you because they all "know" each other. Average time to get to the food was about 30 minutes in line. This place is absolutely unhygienic. The floor is greasy and sticky. Raw meat and vegetables mixed up in the trays (I am not sure how they could still be in business). Tongs were all sticky from people's hands and raw meat marinade. Guests were loud and impolite. It was the worst restaurant experience I've had in Hong Kong. Even though the price is low, it's not worth your time going there to "fight" with others for food. I personally wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this restaurant.
