This was the worst purchasing experience I have ever had at a Starbucks or any coffee shop. One of the staff members was really arrogant and impatient even when I was being really polite the whole time. He’s got a really rude tone of voice and attitude. He even raised his voice to my friend impatiently without any reason when my friend was simply asking which coffee belong to him. There was absolutely no respect to the customers and we felt really upset about this.
