My friend and I recently dined at Yakiniku Kakura, where we explored a variety of their wagyu beef offerings 🥰.
We started with the Sliced Wagyu Sirloin with Egg Yolk, which was tender and rich, enhanced by the creamy egg yolk 🍳. The Wagyu Premium Flank was flavourful 🥩, while the Top Blade Muscle offered a fine texture 👍🏻. The Salt Ox-Tongue was a pleasant surprise, with a unique texture and a well-seasoned flavour that stood out! The Japanese Chicken Neck Meat was juicy and satisfying, showcasing the quality of the chicken.
Accompanying the meats, we had Rice with Seaweed and Egg Yolk. The rice was a great complement 🍚, with the egg yolk providing a creamy richness 🍳. We also ordered another side dish, which was the Baked Potatoes with Butter 🧈. It was sweet and buttery, which made it a satisfying side dish!
To finish off, we enjoyed the Dessert of the Day, which included Chocolate Ice Cream Mochi and Milk Pudding with Almond Flavour 🍮. Overall, our experience at Yakiniku Kakura was satisfying 🥰.
