I felt very hungry after doing my shopping at IFC, so I didn't want to go somewhere too far away to have my dinner. I went to take a menu before making my order as usual. I discovered that they changed the menu a bit. We can now make our own pasta according to our preferences. We can select the type of pasta we like e.g. penne or farfalle as a base of our pasta. We can also choose 4 toppings free of charge. Please note that not all toppings are free. Only for the toppings without additional price printed next to the toppings will be free of charge. Finally, you can choose one of the four dressings they provided (I believe there are cream sauce, tomato pasta sauce, light tomato cream and pesto sauce to choose from if I'm not wrong). However, there will be an addition cost of $8 if you choose pesto sauce as your pasta sauce.
I chose to have penne pasta as a base. Then, I chose grilled salmon, canned tuna, mushroom and bell peppers as the toppings of my pasta and light tomato cream as my pasta sauce. There wasn't any additional costs for the mushroom and bell peppers, but they charged me an additional cost of $40 for the grilled salmon and $12 for the canned tuna. I know it was very expensive for the grilled salmon, but I was craving for it badly. The penne pasta was absolutely Al Dente. The combo of grilled salmon, canned tuna, mushroom and bell peppers were very fresh and complimented each other very well. The light tomato was rich, but it wasn't heavy at all. It was actually very appetizing! The more I ate, the more I loved it!!! I was so glad to create this pasta combo.
Although it is pretty pricey to choose some of the toppings from the menu, Dressed has done a good job to let us make our own pasta.
