To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 跟朋友在元朗約會,我們去Glass House 吃午餐,她推薦我吃Satisfying Lunch set其中一項的 酥炸富貴鴨伴森巴醬配黑松露炒飯。首先來個蘑菇湯,好喜歡那個質感,香濃的菇味帶點粗粗的小粒,好有口感。酥炸富貴鴨 外皮酥脆,鴨本身size不大,肉質幼嫩相當入味,伴以森巴醬更添美味。這道菜還配上黑松露炒飯,松露味香撲鼻,炒飯還加入了雞蛋和粟米粒粒有嚼口。松露焗豬飯也不錯,但無想過原來是用五花肉來製作,滿滿的芝士層下的五花肉不感到肥膩,飯底是松露飯,這個飯還有小小的菠蘿粒增加食味。
