To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Happy Friday 去中環食葡國菜！餐廳細細間，唔算太寬敞，同埋樓底比較矮，加上今晚full House，所以比較嘈，不過還可以接受。食物真係要俾個like，由頭盤到甜品，每一道菜都好味，稱心滿意😋。頭盤叫咗「傳統葡萄牙白酒蒜蜆」，叫咗走芫荽，啲蜆隻隻都好肥美，又冇沙，個汁又煮得好入味，好快就俾我哋K.O.晒😅。主菜就叫咗「葡式烤乳豬」同埋「招牌焗鴨飯」，乳豬皮脆肉香，大大嚿，啖啖肉。焗飯有飯焦，好香口，唔使食餸都已經覺得好正。甜品分別叫咗「木糠布甸」同「朱克力曲奇餅乾蛋糕配雲呢嗱雪糕」，兩款甜品嘅擺盤都好靚好吸引，當中以朱古力曲奇餅乾蛋糕比較特別👍🏻
