Fantastic food and service! From the moment you walk in, you're warmly welcomed (so difficult to find in Hong Kong these days - good service is so hard to come by). Fantastic food and service! From the moment you walk in, you're warmly welcomed (so difficult to find in Hong Kong these days - good service is so hard to come by). We had a classic cachaca, coconut water, passionfruit capirinha and classic caipirinha. The concept of Uma Nota is a beautiful one - and it comes with good vibes and so much love cooked into their food. One of those rare restaurants in HK that serves up quality dishes.

Highly recommend the beef skewers, vegetarian ceviche and slow cooked pork (daily special), sea bass and morning glory. Also, the owner is a boss! There were four super chunky beef skewers that had that much sought after umami deliciousness, the pork was literally falling off the bone, ceviche had tangy undertones that paired well with the shots of cachaca, and the sea bass stew was saucy and tender - perfect for the day. Presentation was exquisite for everything.

Great place to bring friends, dates, family, parties - it has such a good vibe that makes you want to dance and come back again. None of that pretentious central snobbery - this place is a rare find in Hong Kong.
