This was my first time trying dry-stirred noodles with goose fat! It was so fragrant yet didn’t taste overly oily. The noodles were paired with beef tripe and beef brisket which were tender and a good match. After adding some chilli, the entire noodle dish tasted even better. Of course we had to get a Cha siu and roasted goose rice too 😋 luckily enough, the restaurant gave us a small part of the goose leg!! Also impressed by their shredded chicken cheung fun, which had all the sauces you wanted.

Recommended for a quick, convenient and affordable meal - and especially if you are a carnivore 🐷🐮🐔
