Ok, I need to fanboy for a few seconds, cuz the interior design of this ramen joint in Tsim Sha Tsui is GORGEOUS😍 Arrived late afternoon when the sun was setting, and the sunlight gently penetrated thru the blinds to light up the restaurant’s white, high ceilings and chic interior. Simplicity at its best. Yuzu Shio/Shoyu Ramen ($98HKD) The restaurant’s signature. Love how they added yuzu to this🍊 Ramen can sometimes get heavy becuz of all the fat and oil from the soup, yet they intelligently added citrus to cut down on the greasiness. Neat!
