Street side cart for chinese dessert, what more could you want!They have 3 tables for you to sit on the street.They instantly make the ‘tong yuen’ so they are very fresh and bouncy. We went for a sesame and a red bean, both very tasty and you can’t beat the experience of eating on the street! continue reading

街頭平實甜湯

吃罷葡國菜散散步，穿過議事亭前地，步過十月初五街一帶的橫街小巷，看到以小炒為主打的小販真想品嚐，但肚子已容納不到了。雖然飯前已吃甜點，但飯後再吃也是可以的。佇立於街頭的甜湯檔口，隔壁就是大馬路了，放數張桌椅在行人路就可營業，檔口只賣五種款式的甜湯。🤤小的點了腐竹白果薏米加雞蛋，薏米份量頗多，白果沒苦澀味，腐竹亦已煲至全溶化，喝罷整碗也不會過甜，身心舒暢。🤤其中一位同行者點了麻蓉湯丸，這裡的湯丸較細小，有點像白玉般體積，坊間湯丸多數是芝麻餡，麻蓉餡較罕見，由於外皮太厚，所以餡料少得可憐，糖水也並非薑湯，這款稍遜色。🤤反之另一友人點的紅豆沙，紅豆已煲至起沙水準較佳。吃罷甜湯雖然還不到10時，不過亦是時候起程回港了。 continue reading

每次在澳門過夜都會去勤記吃 腐竹薏米 糖水。 但不知為何今次糖水感覺變稀了…… 薏米亦未 入味…… 只有麻蓉湯圓是保持水準的。 紅豆綠豆兩溝有點甜但 水準保持。希望下次來的時候 糖水的品質可回到以前的水準! 比較奇怪的是 我們買了一個 芝麻糊 外賣回酒店吃， 但外賣價 和堂食價將距四元。 有點兒不知為何…… 是因為外賣大碗了還是哪外賣盒需要四元呢! continue reading

每次去澳門都會搵時間去呢度食糖水原因簡單：價錢平，近酒店同夠地道極力推介食芝麻糊，點解？因為唔太甜，有芝麻香又食到磨到好細嘅杏仁雖然只係街邊檔，可能有人覺得唔衛生，但係呢啲家庭式檔係香港已經好難搵到了而且好多當地人會揸綿羊仔嚟買外賣，所以要支持下期待下次再幫襯 continue reading
