星期日無嘢做去澳門逛吓 🇲🇴🇲🇴🇲🇴所以嚟到呢間網上都出名嘅新鴻發咖啡美食環境好懷舊 一入去都好快搵到位坐乾炒牛肉通 乾炒牛肉通其實都成日聽但去澳門食真係第一次一上枱見都幾有鑊氣 望落雖然好似幾多油但食落口又唔油膩牛肉口感還好而且都好多塊通炒亦唔會太腍身都比較彈牙有咬口牛蛋治 🐮🥪新鮮炒起嘅蛋好滑拎上手仲有蛋汁流出嚟牛肉相反比較普通唔算好嫩滑,但牛肉量都足仲叫咗支玻璃樽裝可樂,回憶滿滿😂特別好飲!

趁過去澳門睇演唱會,去左ig人氣好勁既新鴻發醫肚。係大三巴出發要行10分鐘左右,下午茶時間都唔需要排好耐法蘭西多士唯一一個覺得係好食既就係西多士😅比起出面既西多士,佢係超巨形。中間夾左花生醬,唔會太寡。可惜佢只有糖漿揀,如果可以揀煉奶就最好喇。豬扒芝士菠蘿包一上枱有d失望,因為望落去就知菠蘿皮淋哂唔脆。豬排係薄身,唔會太難咬。加左$5要芝士,但係豬排同菠蘿包既夾擊下冇咩存在感😮‍💨沙丹豬排炒通粉如果叫左豬排菠蘿包就最好叫牛肉,因為豬排既味道係一樣。通炒食落好有大家所講既鑊氣,但個人覺得係燶味同太油。🤫🤫朋友都一致認為燴意粉比炒通粉好食。整體黎講,味道係普通荼餐廳。朝聖既時侯唔會抱太高期望😅😅

去到馬交搵馬交文,個個都鍾意排新鴻發,唔通我又鍾意排咩?我去開嗰間係寶翠分店(船澳街寶翠花園利明閣),第一:相對冇咁淪陷、擠提感覺相對較少、第二:地方大啲舒服啲、第三:食物質素一樣早餐時間陀地居多,來一個乾炒雞扒通熱身一下、冇錯、唔需要等到11點後供應、早餐都有、鑊氣依舊十足、濃濃豉油味瀰漫着茅台的醬香(你當我是浮誇吧、笑)、用上脹卜卜有坑紋的通心粉,充滿誠意,意猶未盡再來一個豬扒炒蛋加芝士菠蘿包、鹹甜互相衝擊,加上溶化了的卡夫芝士、比起一星期最少五日食蛋白、番茄、希臘乳酪,我今次真係身體健康、下一站鏡湖醫院唔該(笑)

呢個好好食,好食到停唔到口🤣通粉炒得唔太乾身,每一粒通粉都好完整彈牙,表面仲掛滿左醬汁。個調味做得非常好,雖然有少少濃味🤤牛肉都唔鞋,同俾得唔算少!
