舊同學在澳門工作了十多年，安排了我們一個非一般遊客通常到的「澳門老街體驗民生一天游」。中午我們到了三盞燈附近的緬甸街品嘗緬甸魚湯粉和特式美食。這街牛牛小食位於亞豐素街，老闆一家是緬甸華僑，到澳門已有50多年。我們各人叫了一碗牛牛招牌魚湯粉，魚湯底加上香茅蕉胡洋蔥配上一小塊魚餅，半只蛋及炸青瓜，很美味。叧外，叫了馬拉盞魚餅撈面、豬軟骨及炆豬手大家分享。豬軟骨每一嚿都很有肉，軟腍適中味道很香值得一贊。 continue reading
