Having Indian food in Macau sounds like an unusual choice, but I totally love this place: the decor, the friendly service, the delicious food, everything is top notched. It advertises itself to be the only starred Michelin Indian restaurant in Asia. As it's an uncommon choice for most tourists here, it translates to a less crowded dining venue and a much more pleasant dining experience. No jostling and being shoved aside at the buffet table, no plates emptied out in seconds, as seen at other bu
On the appertizer table, they have There are a few salad options, in big trays and little cups. The one with mandarin orange is very refreshing. There are chutneys as well as home-made yogurts that come in little ceramic jars. They are very rich, almost like Greek yogurt.

They have chana, paneer, daal, tandoori mushroom, and more. On the meat side, there are basil chicken tandoori (very juicy and tender), lamb curry, tandoori fish, chicken masala, and prawn curry (this last one is a miss - they are really puny little shrimps swimming in curry sauce).

There is no name plates so I don't know the name. Indian desserts do tend to be very sweet, so it may not be to most Chinese's taste.
The spice level is most certainly tuned down, but the dishes, with a few exceptions, are well seasoned and expertly prepared. Moreover, on our second visit within a week, the dishes changed significantly so while we missed our previous favorites we got to try plenty new ones.
