澳門「百福小廚」，原來百福已擁有超過廿五年歷史，主打以麵食、海南雞、牛腩同金魚尾雲吞最出名。今次我哋試佢既百福海南雞、潮州牛腩配時菜、油飯、絲苗白飯、是日老火湯。（海南雞）-份量都夠足，夠皮滑肉嫩，點埋佢個薑油或甜豉油夠哂惹味。再加埋碗香噴噴嘅油飯，更錦上添花，真係完美配搭！（潮州牛腩配時菜）- 牛腩腍度剛好，肉質入味香溢，餸飯一流！今日老火湯係花生豬骨雞腳湯，也十分之足料。雖然歷史悠久，但裝修到很時尚風格。入到去感覺到很舒服。 continue reading
