澳門「百福小廚」,原來百福已擁有超過廿五年歷史,主打以麵食、海南雞、牛腩同金魚尾雲吞最出名。今次我哋試佢既百福海南雞、潮州牛腩配時菜、油飯、絲苗白飯、是日老火湯。(海南雞)-份量都夠足,夠皮滑肉嫩,點埋佢個薑油或甜豉油夠哂惹味。再加埋碗香噴噴嘅油飯,更錦上添花,真係完美配搭!(潮州牛腩配時菜)- 牛腩腍度剛好,肉質入味香溢,餸飯一流!今日老火湯係花生豬骨雞腳湯,也十分之足料。雖然歷史悠久,但裝修到很時尚風格。入到去感覺到很舒服。
